At the Kingston General Hospital on Tuesday September 27th 2005, after a
courageous battle with cancer. Carolyn Small in her 54th year. Beloved wife to
Stafford Tavares. Loving stepmother to Stephen (Tracey) Tavares and Rema-Jane
Tavares. Dear grandma to Kylan and Kearah. Cherished daughter to Eleanor Blair
and the late Herbert Small. Dear sister of Allison Small (Steve Holtzkener),
Malcolm Small (Geraldine) and Murray Small (Sharon). Aunt of Amanda and Heather;
and Tyler and Alexis. A special "big sister" to Haley Young. Carolyn will be
sadly missed by her many family and friends.
To celebrate Carolyn's life, family and friends will be received at the
(Queen's) University Club, 168 Stuart Street, on Friday October 7th 2005 from 2
p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 2:30 P.M. In memory of Carolyn,
donations to the Kingston Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated. The
family wishes to express their sincere thanks to the staff at the KGH for their
excellent care and attention to Carolyn during her stay in hospital.

MELLOR, Brian
Red Deer Advocate Red Deer, Alberta MELLOR Brian Richard Mellor of Innisfail passed away at the Innisfail Hospital on October 9, 2005 at the age of 58 years. Brian was born in St. Laurent, Quebec on January 12, 1947. He grew up in Otterburn Park, Quebec. He served in Vietnam with the U.S. Marines. Brian is survived by his wife Rose-Marie of Innisfail, son Robert of Red Deer, brother Stephen (Ginette) and family of Otterburn, Quebec; sister Linda & family of St. Hilaire, Quebec; brother Gregory (Sylvie) & family of Bowden; and sister Sandra & Andree of Montreal Que. Brian was predeceased by his father Rolland William Mellor; mother Joyce White and brother David Allan Mellor. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at the Metcalf Memorial Chapel, 4200 49th Avenue Innisfail on Wednesday, October 12, 2005 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. If friends so desire memorial tributes may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society. LEBLANC, Marjorie (nee German). 1925-2006. Passed away suddenly at home, during the evening of September 27. Loving wife of the late William (Bud) LeBlanc, dear mother of Judith (deceased), Donna (Alan), Susan (Paul) Elizabeth (deceased), Clayton (Kate) and Robert (Sylvie). Marj was taken from us too soon but will be remembered for her generosity, intellect, sense of humour and will be missed by her family and those many lives she touched. CHARLEBOIS, Kathryn (nee Sproule). 1951-2007. A caring, courageous and inspiring woman, who lived her short life beautifully, passed away on Monday, May 14, 2007. Chair of Par Tee Fore A Cure and teacher at North Gower Co-operative Nursery School, Kathy was an outstanding member of the community, nurturing and teaching little people and big people alike. Adored by husband Barry; children Blake and Ali; parents Joan and Charlie; siblings Janet (Steve), Pat (Bob) and Jim (Brigitte); in-laws Joyce, Nycole, Kim, Lynn, the Francois and Cadet families; nieces and nephews Michelle, Andrew, Cameron, Brendan, Julie and Kristine and countless friends. The family is especially grateful to Drs. Bence-Bruckler and Anstee and nurse Linda Hamelin.
